Priority Speaker bind has attenuation attached in channels where you don't have priority permission.

If you use the priority speaker keybind to talk in a channel where you don't have priority speaker permission you get an attenuation effect where you hear everyone as being quieter but nobody else does. I want to only have 1 talk keybind and it just do priority in the specific channel its set up for but now i have to deal with attenuation when i speak and its kind of annoying.
