Custom sound effect when entering a channel

It would be nice to have custom sounds when entering a channel to make it easier to tell who joined while your in full screen. It would also help to personalize the experience.

The sounds would need to be non-intrusive and there could be maybe 10-20 default sounds to choose from with extras available for Nitro users.
