Allow admin to change role colour order outside hierarchy

Eg, in the case of multiple roles allow the admin/owner to designated which role colour is displayed as primary colour, without having to modify the hierarchy.

    This is a great idea.  In one of my servers, I have mod permissions and am able to mute/ban/kick other mods because another role that I have (which is basically only for a color) is higher in the hierarchy than the mod role so that the color will show instead of the mod color.

    Yep would be a big help. I have a top role colour so that I can implement "grouped' roles when you click on a user.
    I mean if a mod was to kick another mod he would just get 'fired" so I'm not stressed but it would definitely be handy!
