Discord Overlay not specific to any game

Basically, the Discord overlay but over the whole screen not specific to any game. You can close and open programs and it's still there on top of everything else.

I really like the overlay as a whole and would like to use it outside of games. You could answer someone on Discord while still watching a stream in the background. You can also keep up on conversations while continue to edit that video your working on without having to switch applications.

Of course this is all possible by just resizing windows, having a second screen or using your phone but that's not an option for everyone and overlay would just make it easier in general.
