Please make notification settings and @ everyone settings default to "@ mentions only" and off.

When you create a new server, the default notification settings are defaultly set to "All messages". Most people turn this to "only @mentions" instantly, and a lot of server owners don't even realize this setting is changeable. Spamming users with pings from a new server is a surefire annoyance to anyone. Please make this setting defaultly to "only @mentions" so this isn't an issue. If people want all messages to ping them, they should be the ones to turn that ON, not force the majority of people to turn it off.

This goes into the same vein as @everyone. I've joined so many new servers that have everyone able to @ everyone. There is actually no point in letting the average user @ everyone, so please make that defaultly off as well.
