Discord New Messages

When you have "new incoming activity" on my Win10 desktop computer, I get a little red circle on the Windows task bar. On my Android mobile, I get a number on the Discord app icon.

Unless this "new incoming activity" icon is a personal message from a friend, it is physically impossible to tell which server (I have 12) caused the "new incoming activity" alert, making me receive a lot of incoming activity and no way to acknowledge, close, or even find what's new. Please fix, this kills me.
