having an option for discord whenever you have 2FA active, logged out and lost the verfying app, and haven't saved the backup codes, have an option where the account can be recovered by possibly getting an email and verifying owning the account.

    As of today it's been one month since my account has been compramised. I was hacked out of my account with my email and password changed. My account is ShallotHare#0420. I'm submitting this with an alt account. I've sent discord support an email twice but it's been 3 weeks since they've last gotten back to me. I want my account's email restored to what it was prior.

    The impostor that's currently in hold of my account has been sending my friends a program that locks them out of their account. The same one that I ended up falling for.

    The exact thing happened to me I’m suffering I just want the account back. Ironically the exact same thing happened to my old account two years ago and I just managed to get back into it (the one I’m in now)

    Coming back from what I posted 9 days ago. The team reset the email for the wrong discord account. The account it was reset for was ShallyBun#4020 rather than my main, ShallotHare#0420.

    I too lost my authenticator and my account.  I feel like this is a way for them to just bolster their user numbers.  But there are a lot of locked out accounts.  it's really a shame.

    My account got hacked
    All my 2fa code and backup code are not working.
    Hacker nuking my account and now when I request discord support team to delete it, Hacker has been off for 1 day.

    Juicy, How do you not know your email or the password? If you made the account then you should know your information to login.

    My secondary account got completely isolated. I can't even log in to it even though I have the email and password save cause of the fact that you need to authenticate yourself by using the email and the email that is attached to that account is completely isolated as well I don't even remember the password. The secondary account is Mask#4936

    I'm not the only one who had to deal with this. My Discord tag is SwaggieVortex733#5312 and it got compromised by a Steam Support scammer. 

    I've contacted Discord Support six days ago and they haven't contacted me at all since those days

    Because of this, I had to use an alt and I'm getting impatient. What's the hold up??

    My account is ꒰ mochi~ 🌿꒱ ₊˚๑꒷꒦#2017. I believe my account got hacked , since I'm unable to log in and all my 2FA codes are not working I've tried to view my codes from authenticator but it was not possible. I request the Discord support team to send me new backup codes through my email or disable 2FA codes but they said nothing can be done!! It's a shame cuz I feel locked out of my account and I really need help.
