Ability to manually whitelist moderator chat bots without turning off "allow direct messages from anyone"

this i feel is a crucial feature we need for us who doesn't wanna get random pm's that usually has porn links, phishing links or other spammers. Cause whenever we report to a modmail bot, we have to allow messages from anyone to even message them.

Or at least auto whitelist the persons/bots whenever you send a message to it/them.
