Notifications for certain DMs.

A notification feature where you can mute discord how you can now. But somewhere in settings enter their discord name and # and only get notifications from that person when they DM you. Or a button in a users profile settings that lets you turn on notifications for that user bypassing your other notification settings. This is a feature i would greatly appreciate
