Voice AFK options per channel

I would like the ability to ignore the general AFK rule in specific channels/categories on my server. It's very frustrating for folks in a raid, who aren't talking because they don't need to, to constantly be moved to the AFK channel. I've checked over and over for this option but can't find it.
