Add Rich Notifications for iOS

Please implement Rich Notifications for Discord on iOS.

So that I can like iMessage view the Chat History within this conversation and can scroll within it.

Or at least let me reply via a Notification because it’s a real hassle for me to to start up Discord, navigating to the chat and just sending a simple “ok”
