Suggestion to disable touchscreen on mobile when the phone is up to your ear

When I am using Discord, it doesn't disable the phone's touchscreen the same way a normal phone app would, so I'll be on a conference/team call, and suddenly I'm in YouTube playing a video, or text messaging someone with my face :) I've accidentally made a phone call before, while talking on Discord.

I would like to recommend that Discord disables the phone touchscreen in the same way the phone app does, otherwise everyone has to use speakerphone, or hold their phone at a 45 degree angle all the time to keep their ear from dialing people.
