@everyone colors & server administrator options

Add the ability for @everyone to function as if it's a normal role.
This means the ability to change the default role colour to something less, grey.
I know this would help server owners leaps and bounds who currently have to resort to using a bot such as Dyno to issue automatic roles (which isn't the most redundant method, and is prone to failure when the bot is offline for maintenance).
