    I have a friend who can't unmute on browser AND desktop, I've tried many common fixes but still can't get it working.

    Also can't unmute. Restarted pc, deleted cookies and re gave permission in google chrome settings. Still cant get working.

    if you dowload the app from the discord browser twice it will have a error and it will fix it somehow

    So I had the same problem on browser and what fixed it was go to incognito on your browser then sign into discord through incognito then unmute it should let you. then close your discord tab on your regular browser and open discord again on browser and it should let you unmute discord. hopefully I explained well,and this helps

    Please help, I am unnable to unmute myself(as an server admin) and my friend is listening to aweful christmas music. I am not able to tell him to turn it off.

    I have found a cure for this problem. All you need to do is get a pair of headphones and connect it. Then unmute and unconnect the headphones if you want to. Or just keep the headphones connected. Your choice! Hope I helped.

    i was calling a friend of mine and when i tried to un-mute to talk to her, it wouldn't let me. I changed the voice settings, logged in and out, changed the site settings but nothing worked. Can you please help me?

    I can't unmute myself either first it was on the app I wasn't muted and everything seemed fine but I couldn't talk, then I started using Discord from browser because for some reason it worked on the browser and 2 days ago I got muted and couldn't unmute myself I have microphone access allowed and the next thing I knew I couldn't even call on messenger. HELP MEEEEEE
