Scale voice input from users to preferred loudness slider.
Gonna do my best to explain what I mean here.
In sound options you can have a slider, where sounds are playing when u drag it, and when u reach your desired loudness that you want, you then will have the option at all times to right click on a user you are voice chatting with in a group, and it will take note of the volume, maybe for 5-10 seconds when the user mic you right clicked on and pressed "automatic scaling to desired volume" is activated and talking, and it will then adjust their volume within that timespan of 10 seconds or so, so you don't have to keep asking this and that person to speak, so u can adjust because some of them are louder than the others.
I am bad at explaining but hopefully you know what I mean.
TL;DR Option to pick desired optimized volume for everyone using voice chat, and then the ability to pick "Optimize volume" in right click menu of desired people in voice chat, and it will optimize their volume depending on their mic to your desired general voice chat voulume u picked earlier.
Yea... I suck at TLDR.
Edit: This is asked because alot of times some people are wayy louder than others, and it's a drag (I'm lazy) to adjust everyones volumes forth and back, till they are all equal in volume

This is a great suggestion. I would also think that having a setting to just always adjust people would be really awesome. Maybe it uses an average so a single loud yell or scream (or quiet something too) doesn't automatically down/upscale them, but instead it slowly averages their volume until it normalizes around when you've set your desired voice volumes.
I would also say that although it's annoying to change people when you join, the more annoying thing is people moving their mics around, changing sitting position, etc that sometimes makes you adjust it mid game (or ask them to fix their stuff)
