Make it optional to show you're on mobile

Idea is pretty simple. I think that it would be quite nice to have the option to not show people that you're on a mobile device, especially in large servers, as in some cases, people will assume you can't moderate as well on mobile and break more rules than normal. Other than that, its just a nice privacy feature to have.
