Voice input problem

When i turn on Voice Activity after plugging my headphones, my voice cannot be heard by others and i checked my headphones and settings. Everything is fine, when i turn on Push To Talk it works perfectly. But in game i can't talk over the headphone in my device. My device is Pocophone f1. I need a fix to this so that I can talk with my friends using the headphone.
