Feature Request: Manually Play GIFs on Mobile

I’d like to request the option to animate GIFs only when tapped on mobile. The current options are either "always play" and "never play". On Desktop I can hover over GIFs (when auto-play is off) to animate them individually, but there's no way to do this on mobile. It would make sense that they'd play when you tap them for a full-screen preview, however.
