In App wallet and fallback payment plans

I think it would be very helpful if discord had a system similar to steam's wallet in that you could add money into it via one-time card payments or even prepaid cards loaded with funds that could be purchasable from retail stores. The funds on the wallet could be used to purchase subscriptions/gifts as expected though they could be used as a backup plan in case your paypal/credit card automatic payment fails.

The backup plan could be set up in billing and optional (of course) with a number of different options including: Alerts when discord has drawn from your wallet to pay for your subscription, changing your plan from yearly payments to monthly temporarily when drawing from your wallet (in the case of yearly subscribers whom dont want a chunk of their wallet unexpectedly used or the funds available in the wallet are less than whats needed for a yearly payment but are enough for a few months), and perhaps a few more options that I've not thought of.

Also the option of refunding already paid for months of nitro into your wallet would be an interesting idea (months paid for by you and not gifted) so in the event a user would be unable to use their account for a while (military service, traveling without their devices, or other such reasons) they'd be able to retain some of their investment (of course you wouldn't be able to refund for the month you're in). Funds could also be refunded into an accounts wallet for months unused and then frozen if the account is locked for whatever reason, no need for a user's nitro to burn up while waiting to get their account back from someone whose jacked their account.
