Mobile keeps showing me the update notification for the 14 Nov 2019 update every time I open the app

Every time I open Discord it shows me either the 16 Dec or 14 Nov update popup screen with all the update details. It has been doing this for months but now it's even more frequent. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work. iOS13.3.
