[Website] A few improvements to the feedback site

Hi! I have started using the feedback site a bit, and have noticed some issues I think should be fixed. A list follows with these issues.

- Mobile devices can't access formatting tools

- Some text is broken on mobile (Similar posts bleeds into the Details section when making a post, footer isn't displayed right, ect.)

- You have to open a catagory to make a post, there should be a button on the main catagory page for those who use it (Desktop and Mobile)

- Make it easier to find posts that are still being verified (Ex. Verifying Posts tab under your profile image on the site)

There may be one or two more things I'm forgetting but I can make a new post for those.
