Overlay suggestion?

There have been quite a lot of complaints about the new overlay design, and I agree with a lot of them but one small thing I like out of it is the newer emoji/dots buttons. Perhaps you could just keep those with the older UI back to normal?  I made a small example:

  Maybe In-game overlay should work for mobile players-
