Stop Switching Me To Light Mode

Discord for iOS keeps ignoring my settings and switching me to light mode randomly because I have my iOS on light mode. Whenever I set it back to dark mode, it automatically returns to the chat window without me doing anything else, and when I return to settings, it’s still on the mode selection screen, so that might be part of it.

    This keeps happening to me too. It might be a bug, but I’m getting really annoyed really quickly and I hope discord can do something about it soon

    Same here, every time I open up Discord I’m blinded. I’ve tried switching off dev mode, I’ve tried deselecting ‘Sync across devices’, but it doesn’t seem to work. Hoping this gets fixed soon!

    Same. I'm sorry I can't be helpful. It seems to happen arbitrarily, too -- I might quit the app entirely and have it remember my settings, but another time just press the home button and have it reset when I reopen. It's bizarre.

    I've been having the same problem and have yet to find a fix, hope it's just a bug and gets resolved soon

    I've been having the same issue. You'd think the setting would remain at whatever option you select instead of returning to the default "automatic" option.

    I use Android. It's better. But for you iOS users, here is a solution that might work for you:

    Press "Dark" 7 times to show the hidden AMOLED mode, and turn this on. I have been using it ever since I discovered it, as I am a black theme LOVER.
