Adding notices before joining a server/channel

Normally when joining a server, many, if not basically all public servers have a rules section that they ask members to read before joining and I think it would be nice if we were able to have a pop up for new members with customizable text when they join servers/channels similar to the NSFW warning that we can currently enable but for things like Server Rules/Specific Channel Rules/Helpful Messages as well. Personally for my gaming community where players help each other out frequently, it would be nice we could direct someone to our pinned message FAQ where they'd be able to get a quick and fast answer to get what they need to know, and it would be nice to not have to answer the same questions repeatedly as many people do not check pinned messages without prior knowledge/getting told it's there in the first place.
