Bot for watching/streaming

I have an idea.

There is a bot for listening, so why not make a bot for watching/streaming. Example: You and your friend want to watch something together at the same time, so you just type !watch (link). It could be a youtube video or a twitch stream.

What do you guys about this?

  We do not have the stream endpoints as bots iirc, and discord itself doesnt make public bots
