I emailed the support about this months ago and nothing has been fixed. This is a large issue for managing emojis within servers.

It’s disappointing to see that not much progress has been made in fixing this issue. It is frustrating. Especially when a very large demographic uses the app from the phone.

I cant post transparent images anymore where a week ago I could, now all of a sudden I cant

A week ago I didnt have this problem but now I do it sucks especially since im in a few art servers and we like to share the pure part of the character art without backrounds alot

I use procreate for my emojis, as I can make pngs. If you want to make transparent emojis, upload it as a gif.

I had/ have this issue just like all of you. However, there is a workaround that’s actually fairly easy. Just login at:
https://discord.com/channels/@me
using Safari or any browser app you use on your iOS device and upload your emojis and post those transparent png pics with success! ;)
