Add an option for nsfw chats to always prompt if you want to look.

It'd be nice if we could change our client settings to have NSFW as have the disclaimer pop up every time instead of once, I thought this would be one of the things streamer mode would do but no it doesn't and it really should be, in addition to being a normal setting. A situation can pop up where you go into a discord server and the last channel you were looking at was a NSFW channel, I haven't had it happen to me where someone else was around and saw what was there but it could create really awkward situations if someone does see, as well as possible getting someone in trouble with their streaming platform if they're forgetful and decide to check a discord server on stream and were looking at an NSFW channel.
