Display currently running game as a status message for Individual games

Hi

I was sitting here one day and thinking to my self "I wanna play this game but i don't want my contacts seeing I'm playing this particular game" this is for me because I want to play alone in this game.

My Idea: Display currently running game as a status message for the individual games ( standard on then push to off if I don't want my friends to see that I'm playing this game).

also maybe a quick setting between showing and not showing.
