Scrollbar on Channel List is practically invisible.

I have 20/20 vision and I'm still unable to see the scrollbar on the channel list with dark sidebar enabled. It's probably worse for someone that does not have 20/20, full-colour vision. A fix would be appreciated.

  I'd like to expand this to the member list scrollbar, too. I cannot see it whatsoever on my laptop unless I'm moving the scrollbar and deliberately looking for it. I wasn't even aware it existed until today, when I thought it would be useful to have one.

  Whereas myself, it seems like around the time of Stabb's feedback, is roughly when my browser-chat suddenly started to look like this for scrollbars.... NO theme and highly intrusive to the rest of the layout (see: far left server list, which shouldn't even HAVE a scrollbar due to no overflow).

  

  Makes for quite the eyesore, granted a functioning eyesore, but an eyesore nonetheless... :P
