Please add ID support to the Xbox connection!

Discord's connections are a great way to find your friends on other platforms, but with Xbox Live integrations, it's quite the opposite. Xbox Live's new ID system, which allows you to have any username at the expense of also having a 4-digit discriminator at the end, much similar to Discord's, has recently been introduced, and since Discord doesn't support discriminating between the name and ID, you get something similar to what's seen in the linked image.

Now, according to Discord, my name is Jowsey4025, whereas to find me you will have to only type in Jowsey, as 4025 is my discriminator. Showing the names similar to how Discord names are shown with less emphasis on the 4-digit ID would be far better in my opinion.
