Can we get an option to create temporary voice channels and chats?

I come from teamspeak, and I would really like a temporary voice channels option. Hopefully i could be a permission so everyone could create a temporary channel, and once everyone leaves the channel the channel gets deleted. Another cool feature that could be included is if the person who created the temporary channel had full perms over that one channel, and can put a password and whitelist people.
