Feature req: Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn to switch servers

Rationales:

- Ctrl+Tab & Ctrl+Shift+Tab already switch between them, and in web browsers, both pairs of shortcuts have the same functionality.

- User expectation

- More ways of doing things

- Ctrl+PgUp/Dn seem to be unassigned right now

- Easier to reach on my keyboard.
