Send Nitro Renewal Notification

New post as previous ones are very old. I was thinking of something along the lines of an email sent at least a week in advance of the renewal. Also, a notification from a bot would be great aswell at least a week in advance.

If the bot idea isn't possible then perhaps just a pop up telling the user when booting up discord every day or every other day similar to the new audio device pop up.

I feel like this should be a no brainer to be honest and should have been implemented as soon as Nitro became a thing.
