[Feature Request] All images spoiler flagged by default while in streamer mode

As the title states, it would add an extra "peace of mind/safety" feature while in streamer mode. While in streamer mode (possibly configurable,) all images--regardless of channel or server--will be shown as though they were sent with the spoiler tag.

This can help mitigate the risk of accidentally showing an image not suitable for Twitch (or other streaming services) while live.

An example of this, is if a streamer has discord visible on their stream, and a trusted user looses access to their account, and the new user on the compromised account begins spamming pornographic images. Even if at no fault of the streamer, one frame in the broadcast with content such as this is enough for the streamer to receive a ban.
