[Compatibillity] Add backward support to mention existing channel name with emoji

Emoji on the channel name no longer supported like last few month.

As of past month, mentioning also disabled.

Is that possible to add backwards compatibility to make it able to mention there existing channel

or

Put on release note that no longer support channel name with emoji on it.
