GUI, use Windows theme color for window borders

Hello,

On my Windows 10 theme configuration, I've checked the 2 last buttons to apply the color (a purple in my case) to Title & Window borders. Because, with Windows Dark Theme, it's sometimes difficult for me to see where the Window ends and where the Window in back is.
As you can see, there's a thin purple border.But not on Discord. I wrote a text not on Discord App but Facebook Messenger in the back with their new dark theme.

Is there something possible to do with this ?

  A togglable option for this would be nice

  This problem is even worse when you pop-out windows -- like video feeds -- because the pop-out window background is black (rather than gray like the main discord window) and so are the desktop wallpapers of many of us running dark mode. You literally can't see the discord windows edges at all.
