<> doesn't disable embed on android

When I use angle brackets <> to surround a link on my Discord app on Android, the embed is not removed. There appears to be no other way to remove it. The embed is successfully hidden on desktop and iphone, just not android.

I was informed by staff this is not yet implemented in the Android app and they suggested I post here for votes. I think it would be a nice update. Small, but useful! :)
