Android App - Change for the Sake of Change

This app is starting to feel like change for the sake of change. I don't think anything was wrong before the tabs update, but now we have tabs. Not that this is worse, but it also isn't any better as far as I can tell. The same thing with moving search, pins, etc. to into the members list from the hamburger menu. Neither better nor worse, just different.

I guess my suggestion would be just to change stuff if it's broken because a functional app is fine and doesn't need changing.
