Join Discord Server without the browser?

Oh my _GOD_ it is annoying to have to fish out my email, password, and TOTP just to sign into Discord, just to open a link, just to have it fucking open in the Discord app anyway.

Why can I not paste the Discord invite link somewhere in the app and just have it do the right thing?
