Sort mentions and emojis by relevance

When I enter an "@" in the chat bar on Desktop it shows the last users that wrote a message in the channel. If I do the same on Mobile the users are sorted alphabetically.

When I enter ":" in the chat bar on Desktop and enter two characters, Emojis seem to be sorted by how much I used them. This is not the case on Mobile, doing the same thing here shows all my Emojis sorted alphabetically.

Please change these things to behave like in the Desktop version of Discord.
