allow a user to use camera light, and zoom camera functions while in a mobile video call

i was making a video call using IOS and i was out at night sharing to my friends a at that comes out at night. i wanted to follow it outside of the porch lights. i then found out that there was no visible flash button on discord and when i open up the IOS menu, because i am video streaming, i cant enable it from that menu manually either. (idk the name of it, on the latest version of IOS you pull up a menu with some features and settings you need on the go including flash.) i also couldn't adjust the zoom for any reason whatsoever, which was super inconvenient.
