Camera roll UI

accessing my pictures and videos on mobile (android) is laggy and dysfunctional, especially accessing videos. it forces you to open up your file explorer, and even then .movs dont show even though they are now compatible with discord mobile. a selection screen closer to what Twitter offers would make life a whole lot easier for people who send attachments frequently
