Operate user volume with scroll wheel on desktop

This feature would grant the ability to use the scroll wheel to change user volume in a voice channel/call when the mouse hovers over the volume slider. This feature is implemented very well in Spotify.
This could also be expanded to the other sliders in Discord, such as the settings menus.

Scroll up would move the slider right, and scroll down would move the slider left. An alternate for laptops would be using the laptop's trackpad/touchpad to scroll on the slider.

  I've been hoping for this for a while, especially on small secondary monitors or with high mouse dpi it get's quite difficult to slightly adjust volume
