Adding Customizable sounds feature

This topic has been asked for over a year now, and I see no reason as to why it shouldn't be a new feature. If I want to know when my favorite yt is doing a stream, I want to have a sound telling me he's streaming! This would be an awesome thing, just to be able to customize sounds and have custom sounds per server or per DM. I really like this idea. Can it be added pls?
