(Feature Request) Emoji cache

Please make an option to cache emoji for both the browser version and apps. It is especially annoying to have to reload hundreds of emoji from dozens of servers every time the user close their app and reopen it. This is especially frustrating when you're using mobile data with limited bandwidth, having to load emojis every time is really data consuming, I'd rather have them cached in my phone and load right off my local storage than having to redownload them every so often. Please upvote this suggestion if you'd like to see this feature added! Thank you.
