[Suggestion] - Channel Orientation Lock

Have a small "Lock" button next to a text / voice channel which locks the ordering of the channel. You have to unlock that channel to move the orientation of that channel around.

This would be really useful in cases where people accidentally click and drag the order of text channels around by accident.
