Ringing a single user in a group chat without haveing to call the whole group chat

i think you should be able to press someones name in a group chat and press "Ring" so if you want to call someone just 3 people in the group chat you don't have to call the whole thing and wake everyone up you can just ring one person then the others will join. i know that was kind of just a big blob of text cause i don't type well but if you need more explanation add me at Wormy#6476.
