The BLM popup is not closing, please allow to close

Whether or not I support BLM does not matter, it is merely that the popup is annoying, distracting and unnecessary. Perhaps keep it, but please allow it to be closed!

Additionally, this will only make people like BLM less, even in a small amount. They will see it as forced upon them (which it is), and think less of the movement because of that-- humans will often do the exact opposite of what authority tells them to do.
