Emote transparency issue!

So I found an emote I want to add to my server and I’m on my iOS device. The image has a transparent background and everything, but when I upload it as an emote to my server, the background appears white. I don’t know how to fix this since the emote I have when uploaded to a chat as an image shows no white background, but when I upload it as an emote to the server, the white background appears!

    Just messaged on Twitter about this same issue, have tried it with iPad and iPhone, both apps make the emote have white background, it used to work fine a few updates ago :c

    Same here, I've tried using my phone, iPad (which is what the images were made on), computer, I've even used their own site to make emotes to try and make them transparent.  Though when I go to delete the background that they set as white it already shows that it's transparent when it's not.  I've even had my friends try, but none of us can get it to work, all of the images were created with a transparent background but no matter what we do the site reverts the background to mainly being white and sometimes black.
