Disable Help function

We need a way in the Discord PC app (all platforms) to disable the help function as something falling on the keyboard (or stuck <F1> key) can spawn thousands of browser windows & crash a PC.

I have attempted to rebind the <F1> key to a (preferably empty) action, but rebinding <F1> is specifically disabled in the code.

Either disabling the anti-rebinding code (easiest), or putting an option in Settings (i.e.: Remove Training Wheels? [Y/N]) (This one would be the most work, but would be easy on newbies & verteran users alike.)
